Fair Use Policy

The purpose of our Fair Use Policy is to help ensure all customers can access our services, and that services subject to this policy are not used in a manner we consider unreasonable or unacceptable.

When this Policy Applies

This policy applies to services that are stated to be subject to the Fair Use Policy (“Fair Use Services”). It is intended to ensure availability for all eligible customers and prevent unreasonable use.

Unreasonable Use

Use of a Fair Use Service may be considered unreasonable where it is reasonably considered by us to be, for example:

• Out of ordinary use.
• Fraudulent use (including re-supplying the service to others without consent).
• Running telemarketing or call centre operations without consent.
• Any activity not reasonably regarded as ordinary use of the service.
• Abnormal or excessive use of back-to-base services.

Our Rights

If we reasonably consider your use to be unreasonable, we may (at our sole discretion and without prior notice) suspend or limit the service (or any feature) and/or terminate the service in accordance with our agreement with you.

This policy is supplementary to and does not limit any of our rights under your agreement. We may vary this policy from time to time.
